What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Work with forward-thinking and dynamic people
- Develop and set up communication channels with interns and working students. This includes maintaining our Sharepoint communication site
- Promote our programs internally
- Gain experience in implementing but also in adapting and improving programs / program management
- Take part in the organization of bigger projects and events
- Get to know processes and structures in a fast-growing company
- Develop content and documents for meetings and presentations
- Support in the development of educational programs
- Cooperation with different stakeholders internal and external
- Preferably studying a relevant field like Education, Business Administration, IT, Psychology or similar
- Capability of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
- The ability to keep an overview and structure processes
- Knowledge or willingness to become sufficient with MS Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
- Advanced oral and written English and German language skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
