KeyResponsibilities

  • Manage calendars
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Plan complex travel
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Manage supplies and other indirect purchases, collaboration whit functional leader (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience)
  • Share information with admin assistants
  • Support internal communications to employees

YOUMUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma
  • English Advanced
