Your responsibilities include:
Designs & documents flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for the commercial enterprise, with focus on Sales Enablement capabilities (includes revenue management and virtual selling)
Able to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states (capability assessment), and deliver a solution
Identifies problem areas (process / technical), recommends solutions, and influences direction
Leads across cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, overall end-to-end process, and positive streamlined user experience
Serves as the bridge between the functional analysts and technical developers to transform and develop requirements into designs, development approaches, and implementation
Reviews & approves design solutions that best meet business needs, with focus on innovation
Develops a data strategy and a conceptual data model to meet end user needs
Presents architecture options & recommendations including configuration vs. customization
Maintains high level of awareness and understanding of existing and emerging (sales enablement) technologies, as well as industry issues, to effectively match them.
Aligns Commercial Architecture with Enterprise Architecture direction

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field required
7+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead or Architect experience, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge with various architectural domains such as business, application, data, infrastructure, and integration
Proven knowledge with Sales Enablement technologies (to enable back office and front office) and projects using Agile methodologies
Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects
Advance English Level

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Model N, Conga, Showpad, Pitcher, and other technologies to enable the sales organization (both back office and front office)
Experience in life science or other regulated industry
