As a Software Engineer at SpektrBot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-backed chat assistant designed to streamline access to Ads data and insights for business users. You will drive innovation and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies within the advertising space.Key job responsibilities
- Drive the technical direction of SpektrBot by designing and implementing robust software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Sales Managers to dissamgiguate business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.- Mentor junior engineers in full software development life cycle activities including coding, troubleshooting.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of data systems and analytics.
