As a Sr. Material Analysthere at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing thematerial planning and inventory control processes. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials, minimizeinventory holding costs, and support production schedules. Your expertise inmaterial analysis and planning will contribute to the overall success of ouroperations. You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll workout of our City, State location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplychain by ensuring accurate material planning, optimizing inventory levels, andimplementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze material requirements basedon production schedules and customer demand.
• Collaborate with procurement andlogistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimizeholding costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.
• Conduct regular material audits andcycle counts to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain materialplanning systems and tools.
• Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance material planning and inventory control.

• 4+ years of experience in materialplanning, inventory control onelectronics field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
• Proficiency in material planningsoftware and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply ChainManagement or a related field.
• Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, InventoryManagement, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing on electronicsfield.
• Expertise in material control systemssuch as MRP/SAP systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturingprinciples.
• APICS certification.
• Strongproject management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and collaboratewith all levels of the organization
