- Challenging work assignments of 8 weeks
- Formal goal-setting (priorities), mid-term and final report out
- Multiple resources for each student: manager, mentor, buddy, EID Program manager
- Networking and social activities
2. Qualification/Requirements
- Passionate about work and committed to pursuing a career in supply chain.
- Background in science and engineering (mechanical manufacturing, electronics, automation, industrial engineering, etc.) or supply chain, or background in chemical engineering/environmental engineering.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (graduating by the end of June 2026) with a GPA in the top 30%
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding analytical and processing abilities.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
