 In depth understanding of commercial Lending (vendor) applications like Finastra Loan IQ, FIS -ACBS and other market leading commercial lending platforms
 Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle
 Reengineer processes in correlation with Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, Collateral & Insurance tracking on commercial lending
 Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
 Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized

Key Skills & Attributes

 Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years’ experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
 Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
 Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
 Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
 Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
 Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
 Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
 Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
 Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
 Play a key part in driving innovation and digitization agenda for India and global teams
 Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
