Keep abreast of market activities, account history, and emerging trends to build and capitalize on internal and external opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Generally requires 8+ years of extensive account management experience in Canada.
  • Successful track record of growing business account relationships as a National or Global Account Manager at an OEM manufacturer or FMCG.
  • Deep understanding of the telecom business in Canada with a customer-focused consultative mindset to lead innovation.
  • Multiple retail channel management experience including channel development skills and the ability to interact at senior levels.
  • “Will to win” attitude and the energy to embrace this significant challenge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intellectual capability to explore new opportunities in the market, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor with the aim to drive win win outcomes for both the account and Apple.
  • Drive to go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of the standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.
  • Promote innovation and new technology to further improve Apple's hardware performance and user experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
