As part of our Digital Risk team, you’ll focus on client opportunities where your expertise can make a substantial impact. You’ll apply your knowledge and experience to shape our services and motivate your team. You’ll build valuable relationships with clients and develop strong capabilities, through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To help our clients in evaluating the sufficiency of their AI governance, risk management and control practices related to AI model development, testing and deployment to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, focusing on ethical considerations and risk management.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of AI algorithms, systems and GenAI applications, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assess and design relevant testing to identify possible model failure scenarios and associated risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to AI governance and risk management.

To Qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and, or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences with AI model testing and validation
  • Experience with AI model development, AI/ML Ops and/or GenAI software engineering will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements, and quickly adapt to new technologies.
