Key requirements:

• Contribute to and own the marketing tools, programs and tactics, that enable the channel sales organization, distributors and top-tier partners to meet their sales goals;
• Evaluate program trends and results and provide analysis and recommendations to management;
• Create and maintain dashboards to support the marketing and sales team strategy;
• Work with Sales to develop and execute channel surveys, profiling and analysis;
• Develop special initiatives to exploit competitors’ channel or product weaknesses to meet growth objectives.

Key skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of overall experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or excellence, preferably within channel-focused industries or companies;
• Experience with analytical software: Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableaul
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college;
• 2+ years of channel marketing or channel operations experience;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
