Your Role and Responsibilities- Have a strong awareness of the IT Ops market and the players in that market.
- Have a good understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand the benefits of a ‘shift left approach, and how our customers can use such an approach to enable better decision-making about architecture, performance , security, cost and other key factors earlier in the application lifecycle.
- Lead the creation of demos, videos, documents and slide decks that show how our products enable IT OPs professionals to leverage DevOps and DevSecOps to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations.
- Develop use cases and technical documentation to illustrate how customers will use and derive value from our portfolio.
- Give demos to customers and analysts to help sell and promote our IT Automation portfolio and products.
- Create enablement materials to train Tech Sellers and other sales teams on how to demonstrate and sell IT Automation products.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 4 years experience in Product Management, Technical Sales or equivalent working with IT Operations and SRE tools. Hands-on experience with IT Operations software.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of Cloud software and concepts.
- Clear communicator with proven written communication skills. Strong collaborator and team player.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 6 years experience in Product Management, Technical Sales or equivalent working with IT Operations and SRE tools. Hands-on experience with two or more IT Operations/SRE tools.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of Cloud software and concepts. Understanding of the IT Operations market.
- Clear communicator with proven written communication skills. Strong collaborator and team player. Ability to lead within a matrixed organization.
