You are the link between our future customers and our products. You’ll showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Channel Store within a retail partner store. You’ll be responsible for crafting an extraordinary experience, and you’ll help build a network of committed Apple customers.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
- Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
- Demonstrated ability to discover customers’ needs and values.
- Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to educate, inspire and influence others.
- Solid relationship-building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Effective time management including the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise tasks.
- Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop associated insights and recommendations.
- Background in direct sales or solution-based selling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
