Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design Modeling and Workforce Planning Application/ Technology Support:
  • Lead the implementation and management of organizational design modeling and workforce planning technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize workforce planning tools.
  • Support the integration of these tools into existing workflows and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for workforce planning applications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Workforce Planning Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct data-driven research and analysis to inform workforce planning strategies and recommendations, as well as other talent strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance workforce efficiency and organizational design.

Intake Management:

  • Manage and prioritize intake requests for workforce planning and organizational design technology solutions.
  • Ensure timely responses and alignment with business needs.
  • Deployment, Change Management and Training:
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of workforce planning and organizational design tools.
  • Design and facilitate training programs for HR teams and business stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design technologies and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning technologies and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design principles and technology solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and training development.
  • Ability to diagnose and analyze problems using data and inputs from a variety of relevant sources, then identify and drive appropriate solutions.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
