Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
Experience in compliance or audit services.
Experience in program management, change management and communication strategy.
Experience interacting with various Japanese government agencies and regulators.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with the local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with relevant Japanese regulations (e.g., FISC Security Guidelines) and national certification standards (e.g., ISMAP) related to data center operations and cybersecurity in Japan, as well as international ISO certifications (e.g., 27001, 22301).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Excellent investigative and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate and defend simple and impactful messages/insights from complex analysis.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (Domestic and International) as needed.
