Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, implement, and manage various consulting projects with a focus on delivering value to our clients.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and clients.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
  • Interact regularly with clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Advocate for client needs while also managing client expectations.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. Master’s degree would be a plus.
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Technologies like Microsoft power tools, Alteryx, power Bi etc will be helpful. Insight and experience of EY way of working like TTAR and other compliance matters will be plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software (such as MS Project), databases, and budget management.

Physical Requirements:

  • SG Working hours but flexible

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to meet with clients or to manage projects outside of standard business hours, if necessary.
