ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support clinical team to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Clinical Plans and clinical target.
- Coordinate with Clinical Team in arranging training class in Training Centre, material and classroom preparation, ensure audio and other equipment are ready and functioning, etc.
- Coordinate with Clinical education. Keep track of clinical events and clinical activities. Monitors the process of overall events. Assist in speaker engagement.
- Assist in clinical budget management; conduct cost analysis and vendor sourcing and negotiation including regular PO/PR.
- Responsible for working with customers on basic clinical inquiries eg case assessment, recording taking, clincheck usage. Transferring cases that need expert advice to senior clinical team.
- Troubleshooting problems and aligner issues; reviewing first 5 ClinChecks of newly trained doctors; reviewing ClinChecks for customers who need assistance
- Responsible for Invisalign Clincheck Excellence (ICE) which include reviewing and modifying Clinchecks for customers.
- Conduct clinical training; introduction session and pre training course
- Provide clinical training to new staff
- Provide all appropriate reporting to Thailand Clinical Support Manager and South Asia Associate Director, Clinical Support including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
- Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team
- Other projects assigned by the company
In this role, you’ll need …
- Graduate of Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Bachelor Dental Surgery.
- With 4-6 years of working experience, of which 3 years of experience in a professional education
- Good technical knowledge and experience in the dental are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in English and in Thai
- Effective communication and presentation skill
