Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market


Functional Expertise

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide standards and processes for talent acquisition.
  • Define key performance metrics and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Oversee interview scheduling, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance processing.
  • Lead and manage Talent Recruitment Service Delivery teams, ensuring efficient operations and high performance.

Leadership and Expertise:

  • Typically serves as a first-line manager of professionals or a second-line manager
  • Develops specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in talent acquisition for the technology sector.
  • Acts as a best practice and quality resource, staying updated on the latest functional developments in the field.
  • Contributes to strategy and policy development, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility.

Influence and Communication:

  • Communicates complex messages effectively and builds consensus.
  • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Develops persuasion skills to influence others on topics within the field.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Human Resources & Talent Recruitment Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a master's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
