Works closely with relevant stakeholders to create the right product vision. Participates in all scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, and retrospectives) as required. Utilizes knowledge of agile and scrum practices, business needs, key market trends, and customer requirements to create/prioritize features, user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlog for each sprint. Actively engages with the delivery team(s) to collaborate, negotiate, and commit to product requirements. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications: � Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. � 8+ years in product related roles, with strong understanding of Supply Chain Source-to-Pay conceptsPreferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management best practices.- Having experience in Salesforce Platform for Supply Chain and Agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to lead a team of SW Developers / Systems Analysts - Experience working in SRM tools like SAP-SRM or equivalents Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
