Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
T2/T3 Governance & Delivery (Use Case Execution):
Lead the development and delivery of Tier 2/3 GenAI initiatives, ensuring quick proof-of-concept validations and scaling successful pilots.
Drive the reuse of modular AI components and frameworks to reduce implementation time and costs by 30%.
Oversee the use of low-code/no-code platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and DataIku, to maximize efficiency.
Adoption & Education:
Develop comprehensive strategies to drive adoption of GenAI tools across Human Health, achieving a target of 75% employee engagement by end of 2025.
Partner with training teams to create impactful educational programs that empower teams to integrate AI into their workflows.
Act as a champion for AI adoption, addressing user feedback and improving tool usability and accessibility.
Innovation & Partnerships:
Spearhead the development of novel AI use cases, such as HCP and consumer-facing chatbots for disease awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with global and local legal, compliance, and AI ethics teams to ensure responsible AI practices.
Establish external partnerships with industry leaders to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks.
Operational Excellence & Governance:
Implement best practices for governance and compliance, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HHDD&A, CTO, and market teams, to drive alignment and synergy.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as project ROI, time savings, and user adoption to demonstrate impact.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in managing AI, technology, or innovation-focused projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, DataIku, or AWS.
Background in healthcare IT or compliance-driven industries.
Expertise in training strategies and driving large-scale technology adoption.
Familiarity with agile project management and end-to-end delivery processes.
