Contract Type:Full-Time – Permanent
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Supporting large scale client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services
- Driving high quality work products within expected timeframes
- Monitoring progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed
- Understanding EY and its service lines and actively present ways to serve clients
- Developing relationship with team members across all EY practices to support client needs
- Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization
- Provide constructive on-the-job feedback / coaching to the team members
- Generating new business opportunities
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 6 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 5 year of related work experience
- 4+ years of consulting experience in Life Sciences
- Good interpersonal skills; Good written and presentational skills
- Experience with Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)
Ideally, you will also have
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of SDLC – Waterfall & Agile methods
- Knowledge of computer system validation and best practices
- Quality risk management
