As a Software Development Engineer in Test II, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing test cases, reviewing code changes, and validating feature requirements for quality assurance.
• Collaborating in Agile teams, working with developers, and contributing to continuous integration and delivery.
• Developing and maintaining object-oriented automation frameworks using Python or Java, preferably with advanced Python expertise.
• Automating REST/Open API testing, ensuring scalable, reusable, efficient test coverage across various projects.
• Troubleshooting system performance issues, ensuring reliability, and identifying root causes of technical defects.
• Enhancing automation scripts, applying industry best practices, and consistently tracking and reporting testing progress.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years in QA, API automation, and Linux.
• Specialise in automated testing, containerisation (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and scripting (Python/Java).
• Demonstrate expertise in testing methodologies: white box, black box, functional, automated, and performance testing.
• Work with networking, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, media streaming, encoding (H.264, AAC), and web technologies.
• Utilise CI/CD tools Jenkins, Git, Prometheus, Grafana; cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP effectively.
• Exhibit motivation, attention to detail, rapid learning, debugging expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and communication proficiency.
