Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy and divisional leadership, contributing to the execution of regional growth priorities and initiatives.
Lead and support business development initiatives including identifying external opportunities, evaluating market attractiveness, conducting business assessments, and developing actionable plans.
Collaborate closely with external consultants on strategic projects, including market assessments, business model evaluations, due diligence, and identification of partnership opportunities.
Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships—covering financial, commercial, legal, operational, and technical aspects.
Build and maintain robust financial models to assess market potential, company valuation, synergy opportunities, and risk-adjusted return on investment.
Partner with divisional finance and functional teams to validate assumptions and coordinate inputs into valuation scenarios and business cases.
Oversee all stages of transaction execution—coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors (e.g., bankers, legal counsel), negotiating deal terms, and managing the development of transaction strategies.
Design and implement scalable partnership models that create competitive advantage, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives and other innovative collaborations.
Support post-deal transition and integration planning, and manage ongoing relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and value realization.
Management Responsibilities
May lead a small team or project-based working groups to execute strategic initiatives.
Guide, coach, and support direct reports or team members as needed to foster high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Promote a diverse, inclusive, and empowering work environment that supports innovation and results.
May oversee budgets, project timelines, or deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Ensure all activities are fully compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in strategic consultancy (3-5 years), ideally within MedTech and/or in Pharma
Experience working with indirect channel partners strategy development
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
