As our newest Solution Architect and within the solution development lifecycle, you will drive solution architecture design, evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. You will partner with key roles (e.g.. project managers, business analysts, etc) to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (costs and benefits).

- Strong cloud architecture expertise (Azure, AWS) across large projects
- Strong solution implementation experience (platform and data engineering, developer experience)
- Strong understanding of modern data integration and management principles to recommend design patterns
- Experience with DevOps and agile delivery (code management, CI/CD, modular design)
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading teams
