Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong ability and experience in managing and executing projects across M&A, private equity, debt, structured finance products

Undertakes analytical and financial modeling based analysis. Supports in execution of transactions from end to end i.e. origination to deal closure

Good understanding of the infrastructure sector

Experience on live mandates and deal closure will be preferred.

Research skills and building comparable valuation multiples

Good communication skills both written and oral

Significant amount of initiative, self-driven

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

MBA from IIM/ Other Tier-I Institutes

2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / other buyside roles

Prior experience in infrastructure sector will be preferred
