Role summary

• Working within the NBS R&R Short Term Incentives team, as part of a virtual global team
• Focusing on running the non sales incentive plans (PDI and MDI)
• Contributing to the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) as needed on project and change implementation specific activities

• Own, run and improve payout processes – primarily PDI and MDI
• Become systems expert – NokiaME, P24, SPM/SIP tool – and drive tool improvements
• Act as a point of contact for the HR community on incentives processing
• Submit monthly incentive accruals data to CFO for processing
• Assist with incentives documentation, training and communication
• Assist in Incentive related project work – sales and non sales
• Link with other functions (e.g. Finance, etc) on tools, data and reporting

• HRIS experience (NokiaME, P24, SPM)
• Highly analytical and numerate
• Strong Excel skills
• Project management skills
• Teamwork – can contribute or lead on activities as required
• Self starter, can work as part of a virtual team, flexibility in approach
• PowerBI/PowerQuery skills are preferable but not essential, and will be a growth area of the role
