In this role you will:
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationship to ensure smooth running of the account
- Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes
- Oversee growth opportunities and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, billing errors, payment performance and disputes
- Perform financial analysis of customers in underwriting
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Various internal reporting requirements.
- Manage credit line submission to Credit
- Visit key dealers and manufacturers
- Engage in cross functional project and report out to management team
- Manage soft collections
Required Qualifications:
- Account Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in Finance / Banking / Factoring / Customer Service
- Customer Service Orientation - acts to help or serve customers, focusing efforts on discovering and meeting their needs
- Communication skills - ability to relay required information clearly and succinctly to the customer; ability to listen to the customer and answer queries in a clear, diplomatic and articulate manner; communicate directly with customers, vendors, sales reps, Risk contacts, & relationship managers
- Microsoft products – excel, word, power point, outlook
- Understand products/services offered
- Work within the framework of company regulations e.g. data protection, ensuring compliance at all times
- Fluent French is desired but not required.
Speaking French is a plus but not a requirement
