• +1 year of experience as a Support Technician;
• Experience in hardware and software support;
• Networking and security knowledge;
• Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environment;
• Knowledge of some programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Oracle, Python, SQL;
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Autonomy and dynamism.
