- +1 year of experience as a Support Technician;
- Experience in hardware and software support;
- Networking and security knowledge;
- Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environment;
- Knowledge of some programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Oracle, Python, SQL;
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Autonomy and dynamism.
