Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with external partners on conversation architecture and bot designing.
8 years of experience working with external partners on conversation architecture and bot designing.
3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment.
Experience with Generative AI, natural language processing, conversational flow and related concepts.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related discipline with a focus on Conversation Analysis, Pragmatics, Language Use, Cognitive Linguistics, Philosophy of Language, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Experience in chat or voice bot development, NLP based Conversation flow design, contact center technologies or linguistics.
Understanding the call center and digital ecosystem to track and monitor Key Performance Indicator( KPIs).
