• A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to retained operations
• Work back with Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
• Manage Core HR functionality across businesses
• Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact
• The candidate would be responsible for all process managed by Core HR retained operations
• The candidate would be the SPOC for the country for matters related to labour law and compliances
• Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances
• Ensure all locations run scheduled quality audit of the data across the service line and fix any discrepancies if observed
• Possess strong process and technical capabilities with all Core HR related systems (global and local)
• Review and monitor Talent processes and policies and ensure all are up to date
• Manage change implementation by ensuring any process/policy changes are communicated to stakeholders as necessary
• Liaison with Talent Shared Services to provide direction on process diversions keeping in mind compliance and criticality
• First line escalation point for Core HR related issues for GDS PH.
• Oversight of BGV, Labor compliance and Audits for GDS PH.
• Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
• Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, able to build credible, long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders

• Degree in HR would be preferred
• 6 + years of HR Operations experience
• Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio - working knowledge of MS office
• Strong communication, subject matter expertise, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
