You will:

• Define product/solution development lifecycle process to be implemented throughout the organization

• Ensure dependency and deliverable tracking acrossproducts/solutions/functions

• Define the program risk management plan and drive mitigation and resolutions

• Drive consistent and accurate cross functional program metrics and plan corporate initiatives (Federal, Security, Globalization)

• Exercise considerable latitude in shaping technical goals

Essential Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability

• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations

• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills. Cross-functional communication skills

• Planning ability. Negotiation skills

• Ability to influence others to achieve results. Analytical ability
