Data Protection, Risk and Compliance (DPRC):
- Develop core understanding of the firm and service line structure and their QRM policies, guidelines and mandates
- Monitor adherence to Data Protection, Independence, and Regulatory guidelines and mandates, ensuring all team members comply with established standards
- Educate professionals on various DPRC matters by conducting training sessions and drafting communications
- Understand business requirements and revise/establish firm policies/protocols to facilitate business requirements, at the same time mitigating risks
- Act as DPRC subject matter expert to the business teams seeking guidance on various matters
- Analyze compliance data to identify trends and proactively propose innovative solutions for better compliance rates across various Quality matrices
- Provide support to the business teams and Leadership during internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating auditors’ meetings/discussions
- Actively coordinate between Data Protection Team and the business teams in case of any data breaches, ensuring proper corrective actions are taken
- Leverage technology and GenAI to streamline compliance processes and enhance reporting capabilities
- Maintain records of compliance activities, incidents, and resolutions, to transparently report to the Service Line Quality Leader
- Actively engage with other service lines to gather insights on the practices run by them and identify areas for improvement
Service Quality (SQ):
- Develop, implement, and maintain service quality protocols and procedures across all competencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMs and PPEDs to gather quality metrics data and inputs
- Analyse metrics data to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics to senior management
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing service quality
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, policies, and best practices
Qualifications/requirements:
- Postgraduate with at least 8 years in risk management and / or quality function of Big 4’s.
- Candidates with exposure to working in cross cultural environment is essential
