Key Responsibilities and Tasks


In this role, you‘ll:

  • You will act as the primary point of contact and support for the SAP Sales Executives in EMEA, assisting them in navigating their sales cycles. You will take ownership of key aspects of their workload, enabling them to prioritize customer engagements.
  • Proposal and Quote Management: Play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals and quotes for both current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborative Pricing and Contract Management: Collaborate closely with Sales Executives on pricing strategies, quoting processes, and contract management. Concentrate efforts on volume business and revenue to drive growth.
  • People-Centric Approach: Embrace a people-oriented mindset, embodying the team's commitment to going above and beyond to support our sales teams. Build trust and lasting relationships with Sales Executives.


These are some of the responsibilities you will have:

  • Help translate the customers' business requirements into the right product offering (bill of materials), sizing, as well as terms & conditions
  • Liaise with other SAP teams (i.e.: Deal desk, legal, etc.) when specialized support is needed to guarantee the right contract terms and customer experience
  • Obtain all pre-approvals needed to guarantee a seamless and speedy quote approval process
  • Create, manage and send quotes for approval
  • Review order forms and contracts, and send to Account Executives, Partner or Customers as needed
  • Adhere & advise on all SAP compliance rules, and country legal regulations

Who you are / Your skillset:

  • Current University student in Spain or abroad willing to move to Barcelona for duration of the internship.
  • Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Data/ Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation etc.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent English language skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Proactivity, problem-solver mind, team spirit.
  • Good ability to communicate via different channel
