Roles & Responsibilities:
| Provide expert risk guidance, oversight and assurance services to enterprise and divisional partners, ensuring alignment with the organization's operational and strategic risk framework.Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop strong relationships with enterprise and divisional internal clients, building credibility as a thought leader in risk management and compliance. Assess the design and effectiveness of existing controls, recommending improvements based on industry standards and emerging risk trends. Utilize analytical software to assess financial and operational risks, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Make recommendations to reduce risk exposure, including diversification strategies, portfolio investment adjustments and currency exchange risk management. Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned, supporting enterprise-wide risk management initiatives. |
