Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a business related field.
Experience with online media buying and promoting processes, with knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
Experience with Display and Video 360, social media advertising, Google Ads, or similar digital advertising products.
Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results, and drive business results through media investment.
