Your key responsibilities

• Acting as Dedicated POC for the accounts, including serving as a connector between the accounts and key stakeholders across the data risk ecosystem

• Responsible for reviewing client data protection requirements, alongside EY policies, guidance and controls, to support appropriate data risk mitigation activities:

  • Data Risk-rated engagement
  • Business data flow mapping
  • Data protection guide
  • Identification of training opportunities
  • Enhanced account processes to support expectations on high-risk engagements (e.g., engagement close process) emerging data related risks.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Understanding of data protection/privacy principles and application of controls, Application of data protection/privacy laws, Data protection/privacy ecosystem in large organizations
  • Strong communication and co-ordination skills
  • Good knowledge of :
    • Engagement lifecycle
    • Engagement agreements/contracts reviews
    • Data lifecycle and end-to-end data maps
    • Data risk profiling/identification
    • Data risk mitigation/remediation

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • You should be fluent in English (C1)
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in Financial Services, Technology Risk, Data Risk, Data Compliance, Cyber Security and/or Information Security would be preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • IAPP certifications (either CIPP/E, CIPP/US and/or CIPM)
