Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of sourcing experience gained within an agency or corporate setting
- Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods in the pursuit to hire for specialized areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail. Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process.
- Uses data and metrics to influence overall sourcing strategy
- Skilled in an applicant tracking database for reporting, organizing, and tracking candidate activity.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with fellow recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and different levels of professionals.
- Stays current in the latest market trends and talent landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Understands importance of building diverse top of funnel pipelines and can talk to examples of doing this effectively
- BA/BS Degree
