What you will do:

• Work closely with Client Implementations Managers and PMO to develop and maintain a centralized repository of all client deals globally.
• Oversight and support of the records management inventories for Client Implementations
• Facilitate deal pipeline review meetings to discuss high win probability deals. During this meetings, address any open risks or concerns and seek business approval for target implementation start and end dates.
• Assist regional Client Implementations head and PMO in preparing monthly business reviews and ad hoc reports to senior management.
• Support PMO Lead to develop metrics, dashboards and project templates.
• Assist PMO in performing quality assurance reviews of key artefacts for major deals.
• Build and maintain a capacity planning model for Client Implementation, engaging with Sales and Product partners to ensure accurate pipeline reporting
• Drive adherence to PM standards, create standard templates, dashboards and perform quality assurance reviews
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we'll need from you:

• Experience in data analytics
• Project Management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills – Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point
• Experience in SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to function independently and with others
