Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing security operations.
- Experience working with vendors and managing a team.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support both local and APAC stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control and Incident Management Systems.
- Experience in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Experience in working with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, including excellent acumen, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work on confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
