Key Account Manager (Online sales)
[Key Responsibilities]
- Ownership of online sales for Personal Health Cluster : B2B / B2C / C2C markets: TVHS / Department store / Open market / Social Commerce / Electronic Specialist / Mobile based online stores in detail, leading C2C market and accelerate / focus on competitive issue.
- Deliver elaborate stock planning and management .
- Management of online sales monitoring system: Real time analysis of the traffic and conversion rates of Philips products .
- Develop online customer care strategy.
- Work closely with the Customer Care Team for defining/improving online customer support.
[Qualifications and desired characteristics]
- Min. 7 years of proven track record in the area of Online marketing and/or sales with the following context.
- Preferred 7~12 years of related experience in online sales (B2B and B2C).
- Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel.
- Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
- Working experience in digital media (i.e. Naver or Daum) and/or on-line retail (i.e. auction or Gmarket) is a plus .
- Experience of online measurement tools (Google Analytics, Omniture).
- Good command of Korean and English.
