As a Manager within the Digital Risk & Resilience team at EY, you will navigate in the constantly changing and fast-paced digital landscape and build a network that will benefit you throughout your career. Responsibilities

You’ll work with our practice in Amsterdam and have a leading role on Digital Risk management projects. Within your role you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying, evaluating and treating digital risks and providing expert advice and guidance to clients for improving their Digital risk capabilities (e.g.Transformation Risk, Responsible AI, Cloud risk, application security, digital identity, etc.)
  • Adopt and improve our unique methodology to support the successful design and implementation of Digital Risk management.
  • Manage projects and our client’s problems and challenges together with our team.
  • Provide leadership and advice to consultants and senior consultants on the projects.
  • Guide and support team members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Specialize in the Digital Risk domain and take a leading role in the development of our services.

Job requirements– Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • Finished Master study in the field of (Business) Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in the field of IT Risk Management, IT Governance, Cloud, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Privacy.
  • Proven experience with implementing, adopting, and exercising IT Risk Management. Candidates are preferred with experience in project and program management, maturity assessments, gap analysis, strategic deliverables (e.g., governance, organizational models, policies and procedures, management reports, roadmaps).
  • Knowledge of IT Risk frameworks (ex. COBIT, ISO27001/2, NIST) and knowledge of Risk Management frameworks related to applications, data, cloud, emerging technologies, business continuity and IT governance.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Proven experience with leadership roles, commercial activities and managing teams.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

    • Sabbatical: the option to take unpaidleaveafter consultation.
    • Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave; in the case of additional birth leave, EY will pay 70% of the salary.

Therefore, we offer various soft and hard skills training programs, external courses, and the possibility to enroll in additional education. For example, you can obtain an MBA to broaden your skills in leadership, business, and tech.
    • Mobility: contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY's carbon footprint to zero by 2025.     • Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle through a monthly deduction from your gross salary (the purchase cost is spread over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement.
    • Pension scheme: you will start building a pension capital immediately upon joining EY. Each month, a premium is allocated to your pension account with our pension provider. You also have the option to voluntarily contribute additional funds to your pension.

Recruitment procedure

The application process consists of a telephone screening, a skills and personality test, and two interviews.

Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
