Job Description

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Enable and tailor Power Platform capabilities to the company
• Provide technology skills and know-how within Solution Design and development, upskilling other groups and organizations
• Demonstrate the ability to listen to customer needs and translate requirements into IT solutions.
• Follow our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes through implementation including preparation of all mandatory documentation.
• Define and Implement enterprise and project specific information management polices, taxonomies, guidelines and lifecycle management
• Participate in designing, planning, building, and operating our low code/no code & gen AI capabilities
• Help define best practices and guidelines for low code/no code and automation capability in the company acting as a subject matter expert for interactions with customers and other IT functions. Identify capability gaps in those capabilities and design solutions to address those gaps.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and future state capabilities.
• Support solution governance across M365 infrastructure.
• Ability to work with global virtual teams of IT professional and deal with multiple cross-functional teams

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Graduate degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3 years working with technologies that leverage collaboration technology with focus to MS365 capabilities.
• Overall understanding of Power Platform technologies and integration with collaboration ecosystem – SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that address needs and show benefits to company as a whole.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Power Platform.
• Ability to navigate in the IT ecosystem and collaborate with global technology and business groups
• Ability to envision and think out of the box to provide innovative solutions within the framework of enterprise platforms

Desired/Optional Experience and Skills:

• General understanding of validation process for computerized systems and project management techniques such as Agile or Waterfall
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information to both IT and business partners
• Verbally and in writing demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of professionals globally
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing projects and needs.
• Project management and/or program management proficiency, with an emphasis on System Life Cycle and Change Control methodologies
• Integration skills - Microsoft 365 cloud integration experience - OAuth implementation, GRAPH API, REST API, data sources, cloud services (Azure)
• Programming, scripting or algorithmization experience – PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, React and/or NodeJS

Desired/Optional Technology Exposure:

• Generative AI and RAG concepts understanding, Microsoft AI technology
• Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL), relational database concepts
• Conceptual understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API)
• Web development skills
