This includes the development of network architecture design, MOP creation integration and configuration (Datafills),

Capacity planning, network interface analysis and design, and overall engineering support. It also involves network performance assessment, audits and network performance enhancements (optimization).

Solution, MoP preparation / validation, HLD, LLD & SLD updation of all new services to be provisioned on all in-scopes nodes.

Solution, MoP preparation / validation, HLD, LLD & SLD updation for changes in existing services on all in-socpes nodes.

MoP preparation of any new 2G, 3G, 4G equipment (like NodeB, enodeB, BSC, RNC, MME, SGSN, PCRF, DNS, MSS, HSS, DRA, STP, HLR, LBS, Mediation, SNOC tolls etc.) for all in scope nodes.

Review & MoP preparation to implement VIL's existing Network Security Guidelines (VIL/DoT/Third party) on all in-scope NW elements.

Solution, MoP prepation / validation for VoLTE and VoWI-FI services integration with all the in scope applications.

Solution, HLD, LLD updation, MoP preparation / validation for network architecture and design changes.

Preparation of VNF descriptors, Cloud onboarding and integration

Preparation of YAML and ANSIBLE scripts and Cloud deployment

Configuration scripts for Cloud KPI generation and analysis

RE resource will be responsible for on job knowledge transfer to VIL members

• Strong telecom fundamentals
• Solid understanding of Mobile Packet Core, IP and VAS networks
• Highly skilled in Network planning, Design and integration of Packet Core nodes.
• Good understanding of technical specifications (like 3GPP, LTE) relevant to CS/PS Domain.
• Good Knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, PPP, AAA, OSPF, GTP & Diameter.
• Good knowledge in capacity dimensioning and optimization.
• Experience in NOKIA cMM , cMG design , integration and testing.
• Good knowledge in CBIS/CBAM/ VMWARE
• Ability to plan an optimized network with all components based on traffic/customer defined
• Multivendor PS core experienced is added advantage.
