Leverage a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to solve business problems with the objective to optimize banker performance and behavior
Use advanced quantitative techniques on large datasets to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights
Monitor and analyze experimental data to identify anomalies, trends and patterns and opportunities for improvement
Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, findings, etc.)
Develop visualization/ppt to summarize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information system, or mathematics
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SQL, Python/R, Alteryx is required
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining, experimental design techniques
Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets, strong database skills and ability to write, optimize and tune complex SQL scripts.
Experience delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines
Strong problem solving mindset and ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, with attention to detail
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details, observations and inferences into business language
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-operated and fast-paced environment.
