Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
  • Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

  • Understand high level and detailed requirements and produce design to be implemented.
  • Prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
  • Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
  • Strong writing and verbal communication, time-management, decision-making, and task organization skills.
  • Role must be in contact with key people of Technology, Operations, Finance and business areas in order to understand, analyze, design and implement technology solutions for regulatory areas.
  • Engagement with business users and Senior managers, strong networking, Strategy and policies definition, planning, budgeting, conflicts resolution, team motivation, systems analysis, business rules understanding and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Must keep best practices and deploy only with collaborators under own span of control and or specific technology peers as needed.
  • Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents

  • Create and prepare reports, metrics and presentations
  • Participate in validation and testing activities to identify system problems and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of strong experience in Analysis & Design techniques for business requirements technology solutions implementation.
  • Able to understand mandatory specifications from local regulators.
  • Should have some experience and solid knowledge as PMO.
  • Experience and solid background on technology solutions.
  • Proven proficiency in dealing with complex technical issues across all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • All potential candidates must be able to work in a dynamic team environment which includes Business Analysts and Developers (FTEs & NEMs) working with different technologies and across multiple regions.
  • Experience in re-engineering, data analysis and project management support
  • Knowledge of business systems and industry standards
  • Demonstrated data analysis and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, Excel specially.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience (in computers, information technology or engineering). Area of emphasis (Finance).
