• Bid team creation, work split and bid plan
• Sharing bid documents and templates with bid team
• Creation and management of offer repository
• Handling customer clarification process (Q&A)
• Monitoring bid progress, contributing to development & communication of bid strategy, driving key meetings (kick-off, offer strategy, solution sign-off)
• Preparation of G4/G5 gate approval. Driving technical, commercial and contract pre-alignment between CX /BGs, and collection of L2D inputs from bid team for completion of WtD to Offer Control
• Consolidate/review consistency of offer deliverables
• Offer update during negotiation & handover to delivery (PTA checklist)
• Takes lead of smaller deals.
• Proactively collaborates between sales team and business groups.
• Takes lead of smaller bids.
• Provides support to the end-to-end process of medium to large and / or complex bids.
• Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
• Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
• Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
• Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
• May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.

Qualifications

• Bid management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skill
• Good English skill in speaking and listening
• Telecom customer business understanding
• Telecom product and solution knowledge
• Microsoft office skill in advanced level (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Flexibility and willingness to accept any extra work and complete task on time.
