Minimum Qualifications
At least 12 years of project management experience
Experience leading global project teams and international projects
Demonstrate ability to lead and complete large-scale, long term projects on time and within budget

Broad understanding of HR and key functional areas
Experience in Retail, High-Tech and/ or Consulting industries preferred
Strong consultative skills and ability to develop relationships quickly — a well respected, trusted partner whom others want to work with
