Description
- Effectively prioritize, delegate, and deliver projects and tasks - Resolve issues where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives- Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 12 years of project management experience
  • Experience leading global project teams and international projects
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and complete large-scale, long term projects on time and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad understanding of HR and key functional areas
  • Experience in Retail, High-Tech and/ or Consulting industries preferred
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to develop relationships quickly — a well respected, trusted partner whom others want to work with
  • Global thinker with a proven ability to learn on the fly and maintain composure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with fluid deadlines
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative style. Flexible attitude and an ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a wider view
  • Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills. Resilient and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved
  • Commitment to gain consensus and build effective partnerships by driving ideas from concept to execution
  • Robust analytical skills and business acumen, with an ability to see the implications of actual and planned activities, adding value to leadership decisions
  • Strong influencing skills and a knack for negotiation with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
  • Find opportunities to ensure processes and practices are efficient, effective, and scalable through thorough measurement and analysis
  • High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate relevant information at all levels of the organization

  • Previous Merger and Acquisition experience is helpful
  • Understanding of HRIS systems, processes and interfaces
