About the Role
Routers operate at the intersection of data logic and operational flow, requiring a strong investigative mindset, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a strategic approach to resolving issues. The role suits individuals who are both analytical and proactive.
Execution & Operational Oversight
- Lead and manage analysis processes using internal tools and dashboards to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for real-time operational decisions and escalations.
SLA & Throughput Management
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and coordinate interventions when deviations occur.
- Drive responsiveness across high-priority and high-volume projects.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align resources across teams in the company.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery stakeholders, and quality control teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure flow continuity.
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain structured updates and be a proactive communicator.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday . Please note that this position is available for non-Jewish candidates in accordance with the provisions of the law
- Bachelor's degree
- A high level of English proficiency (both written and verbal) – must

- Ability to develop and deliver training programs and support materials
