Your day-to-day:
In your day-to-day role you will
Secure new merchants via outbound calls through the alignment of their business needs to PayPal’s customized payment solutions
Be able to set calendar appointments quickly and accurately for Account Executives
Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to all merchants throughout the entire sales and onboarding process
Learn and implement PayPal’s proven, structured sales process, ultimately resulting in an accurate product recommendation.
Be Open to consistent, formal coaching from leadership, sales coaches, and peers.
Have an aptitude to understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome merchant objections by effectively communication the PayPal value propositions.
Maintain consistent high call quality as pre-determined by leadership and sales coaches
Effectively communicate a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen within and between teams
What do you need to bring:
Bilingual (English, Spanish) - Portuguese is a plus.
Must be quality and detail-oriented
Experience with a CRM system preferred
Strong working knowledge of the Internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office products
Very strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with all levels/functions within the organization
Competitive in nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment
Positive, entrepreneurial attitude
