• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications via APIs.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable code.
• Design user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in Agile development processes and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

• Fluent in Japanese (native speakers or N4/N5 level).
• Technical background OR fresh graduate of IT, Computer Science, or Engineering courses.
• Strong interest in transitioning to ServiceNow technology.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
