IBM is looking for highly motivated individuals who are multi-talented and autonomous
· Install, assemble, wire, configure and provision Intel and AMD servers
· Install, wire and deploy Cisco Level 2 network equipment
· Troubleshoot, test and ensure quality of server hardware
· Resolve equipment-related problems professionally via requests/incident tickets
· Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and operating system installation and configuration issues
· Monitor and support our automated provisioning system for new server orders
· Monitor and escalate, if necessary, customer server issues
· Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and installation components
· Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (email, web, DNC, etc.)
· Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Good understanding of computer network concepts
· Customer service attitude and experience
· Experience in wiring and network wiring an asset
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Bilingual - French/English (spoken and written) is essential
